Montpellier · open to freelance and in-house roles, hybrid or remote
Maxime Tamburrini. I build interfaces that are fast and clear.
I used to edit film sound, then ran a pizza kitchen. Now I work in Vue and Nuxt, and share the small tools I make along the way.
Selected work
Three projects, three settings: a small business, large companies, a community.
Sestini Pizza

A local entrepreneur was launching a pizza truck near Montpellier. I was with him from day one: visual identity, print materials, website, Google Business listing, launch and ongoing support.
Airddm
Business apps for large companies · Vue/Nuxt developer · 2024 – 2026
Two applications built from scratch for large companies in industry and consumer goods, as part of a three-person front-end team. Authentication and role management, complex user flows, a Django-to-Vue migration, a Storybook design system (15+ components) and end-to-end tests.
Under NDA, so no screenshots.
Nostr tools for French speakers · Side project

When I joined Nostr in early 2026, getting started was confusing: relays, clients, signers, hashtags… So I built Toolstr to help French speakers find people to follow, join the community and get noticed.

Journey
It took me a while to get to code. That’s what shapes the way I work.
2012 – 2014
Film sound
Sound editing and Foley on feature films, alongside demanding sound engineers. It taught me precision, down to the millisecond.
2014 – 2019
Permaculture and travel
Across France and the Balkans. It taught me to think in systems: everything is connected, nothing is designed in isolation.
2019 – 2021
Head pizza chef
Saturday-night rushes, a team to lead, and my first Python scripts to keep track of orders.
2021 – today
Front-end developer
Retraining, then two years at a consultancy building business apps for large companies, plus freelance projects.
I’m training to teach meditation, breathwork and mindfulness. It shows in what I build: less noise, more of what matters.
